3. Return & Refund Policy

If your delivery is damaged, incorrect, or not completed, you may request a return or refund within 7 days. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Certain items (perishables, restricted goods) are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of booking if the package has not yet been dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
