Return and Refund policy

At imexcourierlogistics, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure that every delivery is handled with care and professionalism. However, we understand that issues may arise, and this policy explains how returns and refunds are managed.

1. Returns

  • Items can only be returned if the delivery was damaged, incorrect, or did not meet the agreed service.

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item is inspected and approved.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • In cases where delivery cannot be completed due to our error, a full refund will be provided.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Items lost or damaged due to incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Packages not collected or accepted by the receiver without valid reason.

  • Perishable or restricted goods once dispatched.
